BMW Genius for Real! Eric Devier is the real deal, as in "Genius". He is professional, courteous, and is a real Genius when it comes to BMW's. Eric spent a long afternoon with me explaining every nuance and question I had about my new 4 series. And as much time as that took, it was actually very concise and to the point.
