Eric did a terrific job of helping me to better understand items like charging the vehicle efficiently, using features like voice command, and better understanding some of the 'premium' features that are exclusive to an i8. I learned a ton, and as a result of this interaction, I am making better use of my new car. First New Car I had been looking for a new (used, but new to me) car for about a month and had been to multiple dealerships with mixed results. I was in the market I had been looking for a new (used, but new to me) car for about a month and had been to multiple dealerships with mixed results. I was in the market for a used Subaru and was getting used to being treated like a low-dime customer, so my expectations were pretty low when I went to look at a promising looking Outback at BMW Portland. Matt Palumbo met me walking into the showroom and treated me with as much respect as if I had come in to purchase a brand-new M5. From the time I walked in to until I drove the car off the lot Matt worked with me to ensure that I was happy with all aspects of my purchase. He even followed up with me the next week to make sure everything was still going well. I have had my car for a couple weeks now and I love it! I've told all my friends about my great experience and will be sure to stop by BMW Portland next time I'm in the market for a new (or used) car. More
