I would not recommend buying a used car from BMW Portland or utilizing their service department. I purchased a used 528xi from BMW Portland 2+ years ago and it has been nothing but trouble. Within a few wee or utilizing their service department. I purchased a used 528xi from BMW Portland 2+ years ago and it has been nothing but trouble. Within a few weeks the battery needed to be replaced, followed by the starter. It has been in for service due to not starting or various warning indicators 5 times in the last 2 years. Recently it would again not start and I was advised it was likely the starter (which BMW Portland replaced 2 years ago) - when we contacted BMW Portland they replied that the starter they installed was 4 days past warranty and they wouldn't honor parts/repair. )The car's hardly been driven since they replaced the starter). Now the service department is not returning phone calls. Used BMW and BMW service seekers beware! More

At the end they didn't fix my car due to extended warranty expiration,the loaner vehicle that I got was so dirty on the exterior all the windows have smears looks like if they have used a mop to clea warranty expiration,the loaner vehicle that I got was so dirty on the exterior all the windows have smears looks like if they have used a mop to clean them one week later my car was so dirty on the exterior and didn't have the courtesy of washing the car like many other dealers do basically they just took my money the problem with my car was a faulty cluster that doesn't work at all I think that the dealer should back their products they didn't offer a solution other than saying that I stuck with the car and for that they charge me 400 dollars greed moves the world now at days customer satisfaction doesn't existed in my personal case I'll never recommend MBW for absolutely nothing I have the worse experience ever I should have bought a Kia at least they last forever and with awesome warranty More

First time service on a used X3 purchased in January 2021. Kelsey is very professional and was very helpful in explaining the service protocol. The car was ready ahead of the promised time. Reason for the 4/5 rating was that the interior of the car had a soda bottle left on the front passenger seat, the service tag was still hanging on the rear view mirror and footprints on the front passenger interior door panel. Having had premium cars before, the dealers at least leave the car in the same, if not better, condition as when I dropped it off. More
