Sean should probably learn that BMW of Portland is part of the Lithia Auto Stores Group. If you don't know who you work for, that is not a good baseline to start at. Sean in the service department was very professional and helpful, he took good care of me. There is only one thing, I wished he would had done and that is to explain the invoice to me, instead of just hand helpful, he took good care of me. Good service in terms of the work being done and the people you see, but have one complaint: they have your car for 5 days before anyone even looks at it. At least that was my experience this time. Then when I called to check on progress after five days of using a loaner I was told that they would get to it in the next few days. It was explained to me that they had to have the car sitting there in case the mechanic could suddenly get to it. This is unlike any system I have been used to with Audi and Mini Cooper. Amazingly enough, after I complained yesterday and told another few days TODAY it’s suddenly ready. Weird. More
