Don was attentive, friendly and helpful. After having dealt with another luxury car dealership for 6 years, I was skeptical that any other dealership could provide the same level or better service. Compared to the service that I received in the past from BMW of Columbia this service was 110% better. Due to past experiences with BMW of Columbia my husband and I vowed to never use this BMW location again, because customer service and customer satisfaction was never a priority for BMW of Columbia. My husband went as far as sending a complaint into the corporate office regarding our past experiences through BMW of Columbia. After deciding we needed a new car and wanted another BMW (fourth time BMW buyer)and finding out that BMW of Columbia was under new ownership, we decided to give BMW a chance to redeem themselves and provide us the service that is expected from any BMW dealership. After visiting the dealership, I met Donald Mercer, which is my salesperson. Donald was very helpful. He assisted me from the time I walked through the door until the time I drove off the lot in my new car. He was very knowledgeable of the car's features and was patient enough to go through the features with me, then ask if I had any question. He also called me to follow up on my purchase and to find out if I was enjoying my new car. Very personable type of guy, he is a perfect example of a good salesperson. Being that my husband is currently deployed, I had to make this purchase by myself and I must admit it was overall a good experience. Now, I hope bringing the car in for service will be just as good of an experience as the purchase. More
Brett and Mark were very accommodating as we struggled with what we were looking for. (We started out with the intention of replacing our X-5 with another X-5 and ended up purchasing a 328i.) We went back for several visits and they were always friendly and offered something to drink. There were times that we felt like Brett was new to the process, but he always asked others for help when he didn't know an answer. The price we were given on the car was reasonable (not great, but then again it's a sports car) and the financing process was fairly painless. More
I purchased a BMW 335I at Columbia BMW in late 2007 (at the time it was Hancock BMW). Since I special ordered the car, the price was not negotiable, but I got exactly what I wanted. All of my service since then has been done at Columbia BMW. They have been great service providers with minimal waits for routine service. Once for longer service they drove me 30 miles home and came back for me when the work was completed. Another time I needed a trim part that had come off and they got it for me at no cost. Emilee McClellan was my service contact and was unfailingly polite. I would highly recommend this dealer for sale or service. Andy More

Brett and the staff at BMW of Columbia made sure our purchasing experience was a quick and simple process. The staff at BMW was so polite and kind that we not only purchased one vehicle we came back and purchase a second vehicle within the same week. This experience surpassed my expectations along with any other experience that I have had at other car dealerships in my quest to purchase a vehicle. I could not have had a better experience. More

I have been looking to purchase a new sports car(corvette/viper/ferrarri/M3 ect.) for about 2 years now and after visiting a few dealerships and driving some very expensive cars I decided to sto car(corvette/viper/ferrarri/M3 ect.) for about 2 years now and after visiting a few dealerships and driving some very expensive cars I decided to stop by BMW of Cola. and look at the new M3. Brett Bostic met me while I was drooling over the most beautiful M3 I have ever seen and the first thing I remember him saying to me is "let's drive it", he grabbed the keys and the rest is history. Ten seconds in the drivers seat with the engine screaming and tires doing all they could to hang on I was hooked, I had finally found just the right car for me, it handeled great, had brutal excelleration and brakes that could stop a train. Brett was more like a friend than a salesman, he let me drive the car the way it was made to be driven. As we talked he told me some very impressive facts and stats about the car and the more he said the more I knew that I had to have this car....SOLD! The managers and other staff that I had contact with were very nice and I realy liked the showroom it was more like my livingroom with beautiful cars stacked all around me than a business. While I was waiting on my car Brett had the the BMW courtesy driver take me to lunch, that was realy convinient and when I got back my car was ready. Overall I was treated with respect and felt like royalty from all of the staff at BMW, even one of the mechanics named gregg came to the showroom and shook my hand and when I told him I was buying a new M3 he said "do it, it's a great car". My past experiences with high end car salesmen/dealerships havent been nessasarily bad but I was never taken seriously, I guess because I look like Im 18 with no $. Brett greeted me with a smile and actually treated me like I had money...imagine that. I look forward to getting to know several of the people at my local BMW dealership, so Brett if you get to read this, thanks alot man you helped me gain something I have been looking forward to buying for years. More
