BMW Of Columbia responded

My Dealership participates in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. Unfortunately after several conversations and emails we have not come to an agreement. In this instance you chose to decline the extended warranty our dealership offered you and accepted an extended warranty from you insurance agent with less coverage. As we spoke about our extended warranty product would have covered your repairs 100% and therefore the $500 you were out of pocket would not have been necessary and thus avoiding this entire situation. Mr. Madison we wish your decision had been different however as you agreed with me our dealership was not negligent in this matter, as a matter of fact the used vehicle you purchased was inspected twice before your purchase. We understand your frustration and would have gladly covered any "out of pocket" expenses you would have incurred using our extended warranty company. We wish you and your family nothing but the best. Sincerely, Jason Branham General Manager BMW of Columbia
