This sales experience was a long and drawn out process due to the special order involved. Mr. Jeff Rubin was extremely patient and answered all my annoying emails promptly with enthusiasm (unlike Jim Ellis Audi...yeah you guys suck and your product line is old). Placed an order late June...vehicle arrive early (Aug. 10th)... BMW of Columbia waited patiently while my current lease ended with MB. I picked up the vehicle September 1st with Mr. Joey McIntosh...who took over the sales process and was available even after hours to answer my frantic questions the night before I drove 230 miles to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived that morning the vehicle was detailed, in the showroom, ready to go! I was in and out in under an hour! They ordered the car to my exact specification without any delays or confusions. Mr. Earl Hesterberg should give special recognition to Mr. Jeff Rubin and Mr. Joey McIntosh for their stellar customer service! To this day I still haven't seen another Estoril Blue 2013 328i M-Sport on the roads around Atlanta.....and I hope it stays that way for a long time!!! (but I hope BMW of Columbia sells more and more cars every year!) More

He was very friendly and easy to deal with, never pushy and was very good at answering all our questions, and we had plenty of them. He was very patient with us as we learned about the different features and packages that came on the different models and was always ready to bring up or let us drive whatever car we found that we thought was going to work for us. We finally narrowed it down to two cars and he came in on his day off to help us decide which one to purchase. As it turned out, we ended up looking at a third car and knew immediately that this was the car for us. I have dealt with many car dealers over the years and never had a real bad experience with any of them but this was by far my favorite car buying experience. We would highly recommend anyone going to car shop to start at BMW of Columbia and ask for Joe Sicilio. You will be very happy you did. More
After spending many miserable hours in car dealerships, for the first time, I had a wonderful experience at BMW Columbia. Lloyd was amazing to work with and was never pushy. My husband owned a "01 BMW wagon he purchsed on EBAY from Texas. What a HUGE mistake!!!! Normally he is very particular in his search for a new car, but this time he trusted the dealer. Still, with all the problems we had, the BMW of Columbia dealership service department was awesome!!! It is why we decided to purchase a newer BMW from them. Jeremy Easterling was the salesman we worked with for our sale. He was very professional, and he was up-front with us about the trade-in allowance of the old BMW wagon. We never had to try and figure out what price we would get for the wagon or what the price of our purchase would be. What a huge relief!!! We just wanted a fair deal and we definitely got it!!! We ended up with an "07 335i. We LOVE it!!! The car was immaculate!!! We have all the service records and Carfax report. There will be NO surprises. The car was washed and filled with gas and ready for us to take home as soon as the paperwork was signed. Jeremy will continue to be our salesman of choice...we will probably trade in our Mercedes E350 for a BMW SUV when we are ready. The service department is the BEST!!! We already know that if we have any issues with the car, Michael Brooks will take care of us. This dealership definitely goes "above and beyond" any expectations we could have had. More
I went in wanted to buy a used vehicle that I saw online for my son. I expected to be kept waiting since I wasn't purchasing one of the big-ticket BMWs. I was able to do the test drive, and complete the paperwork and made it back to the office for my meeting. This was by far the easiest car purchase that I've made. More
When I initially went into the store, I did not have very high expectations as far as making a purchase. Owning a BMW has been a dream of mine since I drove my first one (7 series rental) in Germany back in high expectations as far as making a purchase. Owning a BMW has been a dream of mine since I drove my first one (7 series rental) in Germany back in 1996. Fast forward to the present and I have finally made the dream come true. This would not have been possible without Lloyd's help and "patience". I consider myself a potential nightmare for the average sales person. I didn't just want to own a car with a BMW emblem on it. I wanted to own what I considered to be a well-equiped machine! And, I wanted it all for nothing or, as close to nothing as possible. Realistically, I knew the cost would be high but remained hopeful I would be able to pull it off. Lloyd worked with me several times before I was ready to make my purchase. There was never any pressure to buy or make any huge sacrifices in options. He is a very friendly guy. My four year old daughter had a great time each time we visited the store. He always had some paper and colored pens for her to draw with. Lloyd is a very family friendly guy. My family and I got to know him on a personal level very well. I suggest you request him by name if you are reading this and considering making a purchase of your own. My entire experience from day one to the day after my BMW Experience was GREAT! BMW of Columbia has a great sales and customer service staff. My sales rep Llyod was extremely friendly and helpful! The whole process was really easy and I ended up leaving with the car I wanted! My first time experience with the dealer wasn't very good. I saw an add on the internet for used SUV , I call it up to see if the car was available ,on a Saturday afternoon my family and I drove 3 ho good. I saw an add on the internet for used SUV , I call it up to see if the car was available ,on a Saturday afternoon my family and I drove 3 hours to get to the dealer and see the SUV ,loved the vehicle was just what I was looking for , spoke with Mr Colby , he was very helpful , I told him that I wanted the car and I had financial arrangements with my bank , he was ok with that and ask me for a deposit to hold the car.I gave him the deposit and He said that they would hold the car until Tuesday .I told him that Monday morning I was going to the bank to get every thing setup . On Monday morning Mr Richard call me to ask me what time was coming to the dealer ,I told him that I was going to bank and I would call him as soon I have a answer from my bank . Got to bank and they told me that I had to do the application again because it was done more than a month ago , but wouldn't take long because they have all my information. So I call Mr Richard and explained it to him and told him that the bank would have every thing done by Tuesday . So I call Mr Richard on Tuesday afternoon to tell him that I have every thing ready to go and that I was coming to pickup the car He tells me that they have sold the car . I'm very disappointed after all . I think that was very UNPROFESSIONAL by the dealer , because I have a deposit to hold the car, I know I will get the money back ,but I wanted the car. More
I went in hoping to purchase a BMW and trade in my other car. I was anxious going to the dealership as a single female on my own and Brett made me feel so comfortable. It was a great experience. I was given a fair trade and a fair price for my new car. Nate as the Sales Manager was funny and easy to work with. Chad, the Business Manager made the paperwork an easy process. Overall, it was a great experience. I was treated professionally and felt no pressure at all. I am extremely happy with my new car and will be a life-long client of BMW of Columbia. More
