This is the second car I have purchased from Brett and BMW of Columbia. Both experiences were absolutely outstanding. Product knowledge, customer support,patience and a postive and friendly atmosphere is BMW of Columbia. Both experiences were absolutely outstanding. Never have I seen a car sales team more transparent in their process or more positive in their approach. Brett is absolutely the best. Negotiations were useful, fair and resulted in my complete satisfaction with the final price. Brett, Jeff, Chad and all involved didn't just tell me how they valued my patronage, they clearly demonstrated it throughout the process and it resulted in my best buying experience ever. That takes in a lot of them over many years. I am very appreciative of all their efforts from getting a great price on a great car to beating the loan rate I came in with. Go see these guys when your ready to buy a BMW. As long as they're around I'll be driving BMWs. More

I bought a vehicle from BMW of Columbia. I got the vehicle at a great price. I ended up having issues with the vehicle 3 weeks after I purchased it. They took the responsibility for resolving the is vehicle at a great price. I ended up having issues with the vehicle 3 weeks after I purchased it. They took the responsibility for resolving the issue the the manufacturer and the extended warranty company. After 2 weeks of discussions with the manufacturer and the extended warranty company, they were able to get my car repaired. They went well beyond what was expected and I would not hesitate to buy another car here! A big thanks goes out to Dean Peterson for going above and beyond expectations. More
