My Husband and I were greeted by Joey McIntosh upon our arrival at BMW. After introducing himself, he inquired which BMW we were interested in looking at and test driving. We told him we had looked at th arrival at BMW. After introducing himself, he inquired which BMW we were interested in looking at and test driving. We told him we had looked at their inventory online and had some cars in mind. We went inside and gave him the list of "must have" options and the cars we had reviewed and wanted to look at. Joey was great and very informative about the cars and options. When he was informed by my Husband that this would be my car, Joey talked to me about options instead of the "normal car salesman" who ignore the women an deal with the men. We ended up driving multiple cars and spent a majority of our day there. Joey was very patient and didnt pressure me one way or the other - he kept stating that he wanted to be sure that I would be happy since I would be the primary driver. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and important as "possible future BMW owners." After narrowing down our choices to two cars, Joey went and pulled the cars side by side so I could visually compare them. We ended up leaving with a 335i and a wonderful buying experience. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased (one Ford and two Honda's) and no other dealership has ever treated me this wonderfully. Thanks Joey! More
