I am so grateful to BMW. My advisor was a listening ear as I shared my experience to losing a daughter less than two months at. I went in for an oil change expected to pay a certain price. God moved through others and I paid no charge today for services and received a gas top off. I was so elated and thankful how BMW showed appreciation to me as a customer. There are still great businesses and great customer service.
