Jeremy has been at BMW of Columbia for over 15 years. He knows the product better than most, and knows the process to get the best deal done fast. Jeremy's tenure allows for a lot of the hassles in buying a car to be eliminated. Jeremy was very prompt and curtest with our time. We only had a very small window of time for a test drive. We were in and our for a test drive in 25 minutes. We had scheduled to negotiate the deal the next morning. But Jeremy was very forgiving with his schedule and squeezed in the deal that night when I had an unexpected opening in my schedule. It was fair and reasonable deal. It was a very straight forward deal. Jeremy didn't try to put one over on me and I didn't put one over on him. This is our second BMW that we have bought from Jeremy and Columbia BMW. As an automotive Director of Quality, you judge Fit, Form and Function. The body fit is fantastic. The Trim is well done and well placed. The paint is world class as always. We are very pleased with the functional improvements in the electronics of our New X3. It is an ultimate driving machine, for the ultimate function of the vehicle. More

The first BMW X5 that I bought in January had many issues (at no fault of the dealership) and could have absolutely been devastating to mine and my girls lives. I was in the service department so much, the people there started to think I worked there. After my frustrations exploded one day in Joe's office, he and Henry sat me down, calmed me down very quickly and within hours had a solution to my problems. They swapped the "bad" car out for another one and put me in an even better situation! My family is so truly grateful and thankful to these two. I would recommend either of them (and will) to all of my friends and family!! They truly care about the happiness of their customers. More

He asked for a list of what was most important to me in purchasing a car, then offered options but never pressured me into choosing a vehicle. It was also extremely helpful to have a test route already mapped out- providing me with the ability to enjoy the drive as I become acquainted with the car I was test driving. When it came to the purchase price, I was amazed at all of the incentives available for BMW; The final purchase price was even better than I expected or had requested. After driving Infiniti cars for eighteen years, I am now sold on an amazing car- my new BMW 430i Grande Coup. Love it!! More

Before arrival of Mr .Miles both I and My husband had decided to drift away from BMW and reconsider Benz or Porsche . However , once we dealt with Mr Miles , our perspective changed and we both bought BMW again and plan to continue as BMW customer until GM ( Mr Miles) of this dealership does not change . My recent experience 2 weeks back )of purchase of X3 was exceptional . Paperwok was done effociently , no delays , no glitches , explanation of options flawless and above all I got a price which I believe no dealership can match.My salesperson was Jeremy Easterling who was extremely proffesional and friendly who even did home delivery of my car despite my giving him a very short notice of change in my plans. It will be unfair if I omit mentioning customer friendliness as well as helpfulness of both Service manager ( Greg Yancey ) and my service Advisor for many years ( Michael Brooks ) . In nutshell , I will not hesitate to say that this dealership has exceeded both my and my husband's expectations. More
