I would not recommend them. They don’t pay attention to detail when dealing with your vehicle. I took my car to be serviced to have a tire changed. I have the hazard wheel tire & package which covers you g detail when dealing with your vehicle. I took my car to be serviced to have a tire changed. I have all season roll flat tires on my car & they placed it with a regular tire on my car thinking I wouldn’t pay attention to it because I’m a woman. A black woman at that. This is the second occurrence of bad service I have received. I called this morning to speak with someone about it & instead of trying to rectify the matter today. They told me to call back on Monday. I asked to speak with a manager & he stated someone would call me back. I will never take my car there again after this for nothing. More
Had a blow-out and dealer got car in for the tire replacement the next day. Dealer also show me the wear on the other tire, which we also replaced. Service consultant never called me back over a 4 week period after me leaving several messages. Had to go to manager to resolve my issue. Call good times also extremely long. We started our relationship in 2018 with Jeremy in sales for my wife's new 440i and were so pleased with him that we went back to him to buy my new M8 this week. As an 80 year old car guy, I have dealt with dealers from coast to coast but have never found a better person or dealer to purchase from on any brand and I have had them all, from Bentley to Ferrari to Audi to Jaguar to Porsche and others. These folks are wonderful and know how to run a dealership like the pros they are. I have never found a weakness in their store and, believe me, after running a division of a 635M dollar corporation for 18 years, I know how. I rate them and especially, Jeremy, 5 stars plus! For the second time I feel like BMW of Columbia has shifted me! Long story short I initially purchased a 2015 X3 that I specifically asked to have certain features. I think the vehicle is defective onl shifted me! Long story short I initially purchased a 2015 X3 that I specifically asked to have certain features. I think the vehicle is defective only to find out that the features I asked for were never on the vehicle to start. I tried to resolve this by calling and speaking to my sales person only to find he was no longer there and was assigned a new rep. He was no help so I blasted them in a review online. I finally got the attention of the GM who at the time seemed to be appeasing. He placed me in a 2016 X3 that had what I asked for from the beginning. Well fast forward to Sept of 2020 and the car has electrical issues that the dealership can't seem to repair even though they kept my car well over a month. I get my car back Nov of 2020 and the only one repair was fixed. Dec 2020 I'm driving and the vehicle loses power without warning in traffic. I was lucky enough that I was not hit my traffic behind me. I take it to the dealership once again to be looked at and diagnosed and so far I've only been told what it COULD be, nothing definitive. So they kept the vehicle and here we are again, another MONTH and I STILL don't know exactly what's going with my vehicle. I am STILL required to make payments on what I believe to be is subpar nicely packed junk! I have call BMW corporate several times and still no resolve.. I say all of that to say... BUYER BEWARE!!!! If I knew what I know now I could've kept my perfectly fine Dodge Challenger, and remained brand loyal to great customer service and working products. More
