He took every call personally and expeditiously completed all the legwork to purchase my car by phone and email. Even working with me and my credit union to get paperwork completed on his day off. When I didn't have transportation from Atlanta to Columbia, Glenn drove six hours to pick me up and bring me to the dealership the day I took delivery.
