I went there on 07/11/23. They seemed to overbook service. The person who helped me did not respond to text message (as it said to be the most effective way to communicate) an They seemed to overbook service. And he tried to avoid talking about what he missed. One of the worst experiences I have had with BMW. Please don’t say that you will do complimentary wash and vacuum if it is done poorly. More
