Brought in vehicle for warranty services. One of the issues was a defective front grill. Front grill was replaced under warranty. The service was Not Good when I took my car to get the oil changed. When I scheduled the appointment I was told there was no waiting room available and the offered me an Uber to take me home and back. So oil changed. When I scheduled the appointment I was told there was no waiting room available and the offered me an Uber to take me home and back. So I took my car in that Wednesday at 1:30, and took the Uber home. At six o'clock I called to see what was going on with my car, was it ready? Stephanie, (I believe) said she would relay the message to Chance to call me with the answers. At 6:48 pm I called again and was told everyone was gone for the day. I had no car to get food or do anything I needed to do. I was stuck!!! I called at 7:36 am on Thursday morning to check the status of my car, when would I have use of an Uber to take me to my car or take me to work. I called again at 7:41 am. No call from Chance was ever made. At 8:09 am I received a text saying my X3 will be going in to the shop momentarily, thank you. Then at 9:30 I received a text that my driver Amanda would arrive around 9:47 in a gray car. When I finally got to BMW a Charles Baker asked to assist me. After giving the details of what was done to my car and assuring me that nothing was wrong with it and I was ready to go. I ask him where could I find his manager. He directed me to his office. I explained to him my terrible experience I had with Chance on this visit and my expectation of excellent service from BMW. He asked me to please give them at least a 9 scoring. He offered me a hat and a mug for my inconvenience. I agreed reluctantly but said I would include my comments. However, after I thought about this situation I could not honor her wish of a "9" when the service was no where near that number. No one needs to be treated that way. I was upset and worried and something positive should be the outcome for this incident. The service I received was unacceptable. More
