I want to praise BMW of Columbia and make it known about my experience with them. I purchased a used 2014 Nissan 370z from them, the purchase experience was seemless. I live in East Tennessee and the dealer my experience with them. I purchased a used 2014 Nissan 370z from them, the purchase experience was seemless. I live in East Tennessee and the dealership delivered the car to me for a very small and reasonable fee. I had the car exactly 2 days and they clutch slave cylinder failed on it, which requires removal of the transmission for the repair. This is a very common issue with 370zs. Of course being a 2014 there was no warranty and I signed documentation when buying the vehicle that said it was being sold as is, understandably. After the clutch slave cylinder failed I contacted the dealership and told them what happened. They asked for some photos to show the issue and without hesitation or hassle they had a check on the way to me for what the repair cost. I have never dealt with a dealership before that would do something like that without hesitation, and I also purchased the car for quite a bit less than what the dealer was asking, so not only did I get a good deal on the car but they took care of me on the back end. I just want to say thank you, you didnt have to do what you did but that is a testament to the type of dealership you run. A+++ in my book. More
Exceptionally xxxxty experience. Caught an employee calling at his desk at the service center. Employee tried to charge me for an oil change even though I have a service maintena Caught an employee calling at his desk at the service center. Employee tried to charge me for an oil change even though I have a service maintenance plan and even noted on my receipt I was paying cash which makes me think this individual was attempting to steal. Lastly the reason I came in was because I had two service indicator lights on. These were not turned off and when I called to ask about it- after being at the service center for 3.5 hours I was told I would have to return to have the lights turned off. Will never come here again as I would Prefer to drive the two hours to Rick Hendricks in Charleston as to have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and stupidity again. More
