Service department is not customer friendly. I am repeatedly told by my service advisor how they have 10,000 customers and only five of them; how he works 10-11 hour days, etc.He has never returned a repeatedly told by my service advisor how they have 10,000 customers and only five of them; how he works 10-11 hour days, etc.He has never returned a call although I have left two voice messages requesting a return call. He denies ever getting a voice message from me although I left them on the number he gave me as his direct line.???? He is very defensive and arrogant. He was recommended to me by the salesman when I bought my car, but I am requesting to change to Brian Kelly who helped me today and was excellent!Doug Shoup is the advisor I have been using. More
