My service advisor, Aundrea, was amazing! I give her 5 out of 5 stars. She did everything to help me with figuring out what was wrong with my car and being honest about what needed to be fixe I give her 5 out of 5 stars. She did everything to help me with figuring out what was wrong with my car and being honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. She also did her best with helping with the price of the services and checking to see if services were still under warranty. The only reason I have it 4 out of 5 stars is because she was the only person that acknowledged me when I walked in even though there were multiple service advisors not doing anything. She was busy but still took the time to say she’s be with me. There were a ton of other service advisors available but didn’t say anything or tried to help. I would expect better service from all employees. More
