My regular service appointment took six hours. They cleaned my brakes but otherwise there was nothing major of concern. I have spoken with several schedulers and a parts person and have left numerous messages and have yet to receive a call back. Communication is terrible here! You hold on forever, only to be told someone will call you back and they don’t! I’m going elsewhere! More

Assistant Service Manager, Mark Dickson saved the day for us on August 11th. We were on our way from Charlotte to Charleston when we experienced a Drivetrain Malfunction on our 650 about 20 miles from Colum us on August 11th. We were on our way from Charlotte to Charleston when we experienced a Drivetrain Malfunction on our 650 about 20 miles from Columbia. We made it to the dealership and the 1st service advisor that I talked to said she couldn’t help me, that I would have to rent a car at Enterprise and leave my vehicle. Then, I spoke to Mark, who understood that we were having an emergency and sprung into action, making sure that our ignition coils were replaced and getting us back on the road. This all happened around 4:00 on. Friday afternoon, so I understand this was a horrible time to work us in. But it shows what real customer service and customer focus is all about. The first advisor should learn a lesson from this. Thank you Mark! More
