Drove an hour and a half to look at a used non-BMW. It needed a new battery and was unable to test drive the vehicle. Jimmy treated us like we were there to purchase a new X7. 3.5 hours to have oil change even after schedule. My engine vibrates very bad and making loud squealing sound. Never happened before the oil change. I think they deliberately Did something to it. Appointments was not honored when car was dropped off a day in advance. My main person left my work order with someone which was ok however my car was forgotten about for service. Service writer could not explain why an oil change was taking over 90 minutes when asked. I had an appointment. My car was completed the same time as a customer who came in an hour after me.
