I had my car break down for the third time in the past year from a reoccurring issue. I was jerked around with the dealership initially not wanting to honor the warranty then holding onto my car for almos year from a reoccurring issue. I was jerked around with the dealership initially not wanting to honor the warranty then holding onto my car for almost three weeks without ever providing any type of loaner in spite of the many promises to do so. They were not cooperative in working with the Charleston BMW service center to get previous work orders that had been performed on the car. Finally, they agreed to repair the water pump but left me with transporting the car on my own back to Charleston for the remainder of the repairs to be completed. More
The service department doesn’t respond to calls or the text message system the have and the service manager lies about things he will do to accommodate you. It’s a luxury brand that doesn’t provide loaner text message system the have and the service manager lies about things he will do to accommodate you. It’s a luxury brand that doesn’t provide loaners, doesn’t have sales people that will return your calls and is the sole reason why I won’t buy BMW again as they are the only dealership in town. More

Service advisor Tony Cutrona provided excellent service when I was at BMW Columbia Feb 15th. Even to extent of using his own solvent to remove a small tree sap from hood. Also handled my wiper blade issue when I was at BMW Columbia Feb 15th. Even to extent of using his own solvent to remove a small tree sap from hood. Also handled my wiper blade issue successfully. And stayed in touch with me while car was there. More
