The sales person recommended getting all sensors to be changed without listening the reason why they were on. They were on because I had tires changed , it just needed resetting. Moreover, oil change pr changed without listening the reason why they were on. They were on because I had tires changed , it just needed resetting. Moreover, oil change price was supposed to be 59 $ to lure a customer during Black Friday. I ended being charged 99 plus tax. It’s a way to increase their revenue not help the customer. Very disappointing appointment. More
Matthew my service advisor was wonderful. Yesterday when I went to pick up my vehicle he was off for the day. I walk in and there like six advisors and only one had a customer. I stood there and waited for like ten minutes with not one person acknowledging that I was there. Finally when the guy that had a customer finished I asked for Matthew and then asked if he could help me. He got my last name and asked the guy beside him if he could help me and he looked like he was having a bad day. Finally a guy on the other end asked if he could help me and I can’t remember his name but he was super nice as well. I worked with the public for 40 years and if only take a second to acknowledge someone and et them know someone will be right with them, don’t sit there with your face glued to your computer screen. Worst Service Department: I will call the headquarters on Monday. I purchased a new car from BMW and something is wrong with the battery. I just returned from deployment. I requested a rental and the Service Rep stated the best they could do was provide me an Uber. After spending over 80k with a dealership then he had the nerves to say other dealers don't offer a rental. Yes, Mercedes Benz does and that's where I should have made my purchase. BMW has the worst service customer service and now I am without a vehicle with only two weeks time home. More
