I have needed frequent service in '23 but BMW of Columbia has made the process transparent and coinvent. Terrible timeliness, a basic service was supposed to be done by noon after leaving car at 9:30 am and it wasn't ready until 4:30. This wrecked my day and the following day as I tried to give them more busi done by noon after leaving car at 9:30 am and it wasn't ready until 4:30. This wrecked my day and the following day as I tried to give them more business by having my wife's vehicle serviced as she received notification it was that evening. When I asked to keep the loaner and bring her car for service, you would have thought I asked for a bar of gold. They were not helpful whatsoever, made zero attempts to problem solve and just said no and to gave her call and schedule a service and wait another 5-7 days when they may have another loaner available even while I already had one. Then via there text app they "informed" me there was a $139 charge if I didn't return the loaner "on time." This not the the level of customer service I expect from a premium brand. It felt like a premium brand being serviced by Yugo. I will no longer be using BMW of Columbia. I'd rather drive to Augusta or get a different car. More
