The service advisor staff was very friendly when I arrived at the dealership. Aundrea Brazell was very detailed in explaining the service process and breaking down all the pricing for each service so arrived at the dealership. The service technician that worked on my vehicle provided a brief video of what was done during the vehicle inspection and the service that was performed. I like the fact that a link of the video sent to my phone for me to view. I thought that was pretty unique. I never experienced that at any other service shop. Because of my experience, I most likely would schedule future appointments at BMW of Columbia. More

Arrived at 8:00 am for my appointment to have the annual BMW recommended service performed. The dealership is a 30 minute drive from my home. I left the car at the dealership.I was called at approximately BMW recommended service performed. The dealership is a 30 minute drive from my home. I left the car at the dealership.I was called at approximately 11:00 to inform me that the rear brakes needed to be replaced. I approved the repair. I was called at approximately 2:00 and told the work had been completed. My car was parked ouside the service entrance when I arrived back at the dealership at 4:30. The original service advisor was not there due to a family emergency. For 20 minutes two of the other advisors looked for but could not locate the paperwork. It was determined that the technician had not closed out the repair order, A discussion with the technician revealed that the brake parts were not in the dealership inventory as originally thought and had to be ordered. I now have to make arrangements to return my car to the dealership when the parts arrive. While everyone in the service area was very nice and did their best to be helpful the overall experience was not as I would have expected. More
