Repeatedly took my vehicle to this dealership and 4 times my vehicle has the same issue. Problem has not been resolved and I have had to pay each time for the same issue. This leaves me to think that they we my vehicle has the same issue. Problem has not been resolved and I have had to pay each time for the same issue. This leaves me to think that they were replacing parts that did not need to be replace if the same issue persist. When I made a complaint no resolution has been reached and my car is still not fixed. I text my service advisor with the issue and I received a reply of I'm sorry to hear that. I will travel to Rick Hendricks BMW dealership in Charlotte to see if they can resolve the issue. I will no longer take my vehicle or my fiancé vehicle to this dealership service department. More
