A vehicle with only 54k miles, especially a BMw should not require $10,000 a year for maintenance. Every time I have brought my car in, I’m told whatever it the issue, it was a road hazard or something I not require $10,000 a year for maintenance. Every time I have brought my car in, I’m told whatever it the issue, it was a road hazard or something I hit. This was an epiphany this time. As a female I hate being made to feel as if I’m an idiot being taken advantage of. Being the only BMW dealership in the area we’re trapped. I have no choice but to look into other repair options. I understand at this point this is the only way BMW can make money from me as my vehicle is paid for but here we are and we both lose. More
