I love how when you arrive at service bays someone greats you immediately and guides you to a representative. I also love that during the service the mechanic provides a video of your auto to include underne you immediately and guides you to a representative. I would not recommend this place at all. Negative 5 star rating for professionalism and service. My service rep was Charles and this guy may have been on X-mas vaca because he was absent the Negative 5 star rating for professionalism and service. I received zero updates, 1 emailed authorizing the work and 0 conversation about the work done. I received more information from the guys checking my car in than from my service rep. Bonus, paying over 2000.00 dollars for a windshield seal replacement and a windshield washer pump along with a trickle charger installed you would think someone would clean all of the mechanics grease/filth from the interior of a white and cream interior car. I can't make this stuff up the service was horrific at best! This is the second and final time i will ever bring my car to this place. If you need your vehicle service try Greenville BMW or Brown Motor Works and save yourself a headache. Richard H. More
