The service department lacks customer service skills. The lady at the service desk was too lazy to sign me in for my appointment and directed me to another service rep and that rep also didn't want to s The lady at the service desk was too lazy to sign me in for my appointment and directed me to another service rep and that rep also didn't want to sign me in and instructed me to leave my key in the drop box and to fill out what needed to be done even though I had a scheduled appointment for the repair. The service department lacks communication skills and doesn't update customers until they start complaining. They deflect and show no concern for your inconvenience. They don't value your time. It's very difficult to get someone and answers over the phone. The diagnosis took too long as well as the repair. Austin was the service rep who told me to fill out a drop slip and the lady who sits two desks down from Mark is who pushed me off to Austin because she was busy with no one in front of her. Your staff needs coaching. You charge too much to treat people like they don't matter. I also asked for the oil change service and three year special to be added to my car and didn't get it either because Austin didn't follow up on my verbal and text message requests for it. I even left a message with the secretary for him about it and still no response to that specific request. You will continue to lose customers and money because of things like that. More

My husband and I were stranded in Columbia, SC when our car broke down. After being towed to the BMW dealership on a Saturday at 5:45pm ( they closed at 6pm), we were met with much kindness and concern. Lu car broke down. After being towed to the BMW dealership on a Saturday at 5:45pm ( they closed at 6pm), we were met with much kindness and concern. Luckily, a family member came and took us to the airport to rent a car. However, that was one of the first questions we were asked by Tony to make sure we had accommodations and if not he would set it up for us. Our car was fixed by mid Monday afternoon. As we were from out of town, Tony told us he would wait for us to arrive to pick up our car even if was after closing. We had a great experience and would recommend this dealership 100%! More
