The service department for BMW of Columbia is absolutely outstanding. They never disappoint me when I come in to have my vehicle check out and or serviced. Mark has been my service advisor for the last five years and he is shoulders above the rest. He is now the Assistant Mgr in service. He still manages to make sure my car is taken care of. Edwin is the newly promoted to Service Manager from Shop Manager and his level of attentiveness to what matters to the customer above and beyond expectations. You cannot go wrong having your vehicle serviced at BMW of Columbia. They are all rockstars! More

Had some initial issues with the car taking over 10 days to get delivered to me and some initial miscues with communication. The car was also delivered with a “replace battery” notification. Brett Bostic reached out to me and addressed all of my issues and concerns. He was very pleasant to deal with and understood my frustrations with communication. He clarified the initial concern about an additional accessory and identified that it was only the title and plates that were due and not an actual accessory that wasn’t installed. He also scheduled an appointment at my nearest BMW service center and paid for the battery replacement. On top of that, he directed me to booking a session at a BMW Performance Center which will be a nice date weekend with my wife! Now I’m back to enjoying my 740xi!! More
