Emilee McClellan has been my service representative for all of my service visits in the last year. I have found her to be very knowledgeable about my automobile and its service requirements. I have found her to be unflaggingly supportive, friendly and cheerful whenever I had to bring the car in. She has helped me make decisions about which service actions would be cost effective. Finally, she has always been conscientious about making sure the job was done correctly. More

I purchased my very first BMW from Brent Bostic at BMW of Columbia, and I was very pleased with the courtious, helpful way in which the transaction was completed. I purchased the extended service contract because I want to be assured that my BMW will always be serviced in the first rate Repair shop, that Columbia is. Also, I have been bragging about the car and the sales force to all my friends and hope that at least one of them buys from Brent Bostic at BMW of Columbia. My sales experience there was very pleaseant. I have not yet required service, but I know that it will be addressed properly and completely. And also, Im sure that if any slight problem should arise, that Brent will be right there to assist getting it corrected.
