Very dissapointed! I received an email offer for $49.99 oil/filter change. Service person quoted $169.93 because it was due for cabin filter and engine filter. I was al I received an email offer for $49.99 oil/filter change. Service person quoted $169.93 because it was due for cabin filter and engine filter. I was already there so I agreed to get additional filters. Also 2 hours for service to be completed. 6 hours later the total charge was $191.00 service person said some kind of extra charges unfortunatelly couldn't print, still no bill on email. $49.99 turned into $169.93 then turned into $191.00; 2 hours turned into 6 hours that is the bottom line. Mr Middleton in the service department was very professional and kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle while being service. The service manager was also professional,he came over professional and kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle while being service. The service manager was also professional,he came over introduce himself and actually started the process while Mr Middleton was finishing up with another customer. Which is a rare for service managers. I happened to see Zack while there and he took time out of his busy day to answer a question or 2 for me. Hands down they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly while giving great customer service. More
Undoubtedly, my recent experience at BMW was the worst since I started going there in 2017. My advisor lacked knowledge, repeatedly provided incorrect information, and was discourteous. Despite reaching out about my repairs, I received no response until I involved the manager. Fortunately, the manager listened to my concerns and assured me that they would address the issue, recognizing my status as a valued customer. Unfortunately, the customer service quality has declined since the departure of the previous advisors. It feels as though they don’t value customers due to their monopoly in the area. More
