I really appreciated the professional up business. All three employees were very courteous and straight forward. Mr Bostic was full of energy and excitement about the BMW cars and service. He was infectious. It was obvious that he was truly a car man and belived in the product that he was selling. He was also very knowlegable about the cars as well. We were extremely impressed. We had visited this Dealership and others several times before but he was the first saleman that showed genuine pride, honesty and concern about us getting the car of our dreams at a price we could afford. I would highly recommend Brett and BMW of Columbia. Donald Mercer was extremely professional, yet friendly and was not "pushy" at all. I have a 2001 BMW and was in the market for a new model, however had plans to keep my old one. I was wanting to purchse a 2006 X3 (Black in Color) but I was not happy with apprasial on my 2001 Nissan Maxima but over all experiwnce was great. Ike was wonderful and he knows his BMW's. The finance guy was great and I know he did all he could. One thing though the BWM X3 that I was looking at had damages on the passenger rear bumper and per Ike this happened at the dealership. The vehicle had not come in that way. I was the one who found it during a walk around of the vehicle. All in all, I will return to purchase a X3 hopefully soon. A freind had bought a convertable there a few months ago and I was with her and she received great service and that is why I came back. Rest assure, I will be giving Ike a call soon. I called ahead of time and scheduled appointment for service. Prior to my appointment, I received an email reminder which was nice. My car was ready when promised. My paperwork was not ready when I returned to pick up my car but was emailed to me promptly the following morning as promised to avoid me having to wait on it. I found the experience to be fast, convenient and courteous. While it is not the fault of Ms. McClellan or BMW of Columbia, this online survey has been far too time consuming.
