These individuals are so knowledgeable, I would have thought they were conceived in the BMW plant along side my X3. They do return phone calls, they do explain what has been done to your vehicle, instead of handing you a piece of paper and sending you off, they do follow up with you after service, but what they don't do....is pressure you into a new car every time you look at a vehicle which is MUCH appreciated. Had issues with my BMW and brought it in for repair. Supposedly they could not duplicate the problem (which was obvious), but when I left their lot, the check engine light came on again. The forms were easy to understand and did not require a lot of effort to complete. We were asked to put down a nonrefundable deposit to hold the vehicle until we arrived to see it. The day we arrived, we were picked up at the airport by Ike Deas in an immaculate company vehicle. Ike was awesome – friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the dealership and the vehicle we were interested in. The vehicle was in excellent condition and lived up to everything that was advertised, and that we discussed with Joey and Ike. For financing, we used bankrate.com to shop interest rates and got the best rate at a bank that is actually a preferred vendor of this dealership. Matt Taylor handled all the paperwork in a very prompt and organized manner, and we completed the sale without any problems. The dealership itself was very clean and customer friendly - plenty of space to sit, refreshments and spotless restrooms.
