These guys know professionalism. I've been utilizing their service department since I purchased my BMW just about two years ago. Each time I walk in they greet me by name, I never have to wait to be see their service department since I purchased my BMW just about two years ago. I should point out that I didn't buy my BMW from them but you'd never know that by the way I'm treated. They always complete any service work on time as promised and it's always clean when I get it back. All their staff including the service department make you feel very special the minute you step on the lot or call them on the phone. I can`t even contemplate ever using another dealer for as long as I am driving a car. More
