I talked to Ron who took time out of a very busy day to help me. I thought about it all the way home and called Ron and asked what he could do for me on a 335XI. Within 30 minutes He came back with a offer I couldn't refuse. I needed to do the deal the next day, even though it was Rons day off he came in and did the deal for me. He spent over an hour going over every function of my car till I was completely satisfied. I love this car it is simply amazing. If there is any problems Ron says call me; I will fix it. I have dealt with other dealers out of expendiency, but none come close to all the folks at BMW of Fife. More

For last 2 years I have my 2006 BMW 525i serviced at BMW of Fife. Very friendly people, they provide clear explantions of the service or repair. New 2011 328 MSport coupe first service; very accomodating to my schedule, very efficient and friendly. My rating is also based upon prior service over five years for my previous car, a 2000 328 accomodating to my schedule, very efficient and friendly. I was always advised of the conditions needing attention along with advice about how critical each item was. I appreciated being informed of complex mechanical issues without pressure or judgement.
