Needed 50,00 mile service so I came in and had a great experience. From being greeted to reviewing what needed to be looked at I was impressed. The dealership has much going for it...nice clean facility and staff, service support and knowledge of the staff is excellent. Work is done to the highest standards and we are kept informed about what problems or issues were found and options to resolve are presented with focus on long term solutions and also the cost of options is presented. Cost of part & service is expensive...however you get what you pay for and the expected life of the cars is exceptionally long. Our experience with the sales staff has been very good and the finance manager is wonderful and most helpful. Rich and Keith in the service dept are the folks we know, trust, and look to for help with repairs and service. More

Over the years we have seen changes in the auto industry as well as changes at the dealership in personel, decor, and even location. One thing that hasn't changed is the cordial yet profesional experience we've always had whether it be puchasing, repairing, buying parts, or just simply answering a question. This goes hand in hand with the quality of the BMW line. This dealership completes the experience of driving an awesome automobile. More
I purchased my Z4 in 2011 and love it. Shawn was my advisor and spent quality time finding me the vehicle I wanted and getting it delivered quickly. My appointment was at the time I wanted it to be. The service team was prompt and completed the work on time. The entire staff is friendly and you can tell that they truly want your experience at their dealership to be the best you have ever had. Several of the departments (Management, Service, Finance) at BMW Northwest followed up with us via email after our purchase. They all welcomed us to their family and invited us to let any of them know if we needed anything. I was looking for a very specific vehicle....a low mileage e46 coupe with manual transmission. I found that exact well optioned vehicle on BMW Northwest's lot. Mark Rauschert, answered all my questions regarding how out of state sales and shipping are handled. Price negotiation was painless and the selling price was fair. Susan Grissom had me financed within the day and followed up with a personal phone call. After overnighting paperwork in both directions which needed signature my new car was prepped and ready to be shipped east. My particular sale was complicated than most but the BMW Northwest staff I worked with handled the entire transaction promptly and efficiently. It was a great experience! More
I recently bought a new 2011 328i from this dealership. Mark was very professional, very friendly, and he was able to negotiate a price for the purchase and my trade-in that left me very satisfied. My first purchase of a BMW was in 2003 from BMW Northwest - I purchased a 530i and both my wife and I loved this car - I traded the BMW in on a 2010 Jeep Commander - While the Jeep Commander was a good vehic - I purchased a 530i and both my wife and I loved this car - I traded the BMW in on a 2010 Jeep Commander - While the Jeep Commander was a good vehicle it was not a BMW. Without actually expecting to purchase a new car my wife and I decided to visit BMW Northwest. We were greeted at the door by a professional staff member and invited into the show room floor. We were then introduced to James Lee. We told James we were just looking . . . he did not pressure us into a sale and was professional in every sense of the word. I had a couple of questions about a 2012, 535i. Three hours later I drove my new 535i home (It is a super vehicle). I was impressed by James Lee's product knowledge, professionalism and pleasing personality. From the Staff Member greeting us at the door to the final contract signing we we treated like royalty. Over the last 50 years of purchasing cars and trucks, BMW Northwest has been by far my best experience. Thanks to BMW Northwest and James Lee I am back in the BMW family. More
Rich Knoll is knowleageable, responsive and a pleasant person to deal with. He is very attentive to our concerns and takes the time to explain in great detail (language we can understand)the work that wa person to deal with. He is very friendly, courteous and a good listener. Always sends us home with a smile. Jay Zenon is very supportive when Rich is not around for us. He is courteous and responsive to our concerns. Jay sends follow up emails to remind us of our appointment. He always acknowledge us when we come to the dealership. Rich and Jay are two great knowleageable advisors to work with.
