The dealership has much going for it...nice clean facility and staff, service support and knowledge of the staff is excellent. Cost of part & service is expensive...however you get what you pay for and the expected life of the cars is exceptionally long. Our experience with the sales staff has been very good and the finance manager is wonderful and most helpful. Rich and Keith in the service dept are the folks we know, trust, and look to for help with repairs and service. More

My first purchase of a BMW was in 2003 from BMW Northwest - I purchased a 530i and both my wife and I loved this car - I traded the BMW in on a 2010 Jeep Commander - While the Jeep Commander was a good vehic - I purchased a 530i and both my wife and I loved this car - I traded the BMW in on a 2010 Jeep Commander - While the Jeep Commander was a good vehicle it was not a BMW. Without actually expecting to purchase a new car my wife and I decided to visit BMW Northwest. We were greeted at the door by a professional staff member and invited into the show room floor. We were then introduced to James Lee. We told James we were just looking . . . he did not pressure us into a sale and was professional in every sense of the word. I had a couple of questions about a 2012, 535i. Three hours later I drove my new 535i home (It is a super vehicle). I was impressed by James Lee's product knowledge, professionalism and pleasing personality. From the Staff Member greeting us at the door to the final contract signing we we treated like royalty.
