While stationed in Bahrain my husband bought our new 535i through military sales and had it shipped to Tacoma with just 15 miles on it. The GPS was not installed overseas and a code was not provided. BMW at Fife, WA helped us work with BMW North America to secure a code and install the GPS software. This was not an easy process, and BMW Fife stuck by our side. We were supplied with a loaner car of the same caliber as our own car hassle and cost free. When our car was ready, Ron Hansen patiently walked me through all the "bells and whistles" of our car. I am pleased with the service, courtesy, and professionalism at BMW of Fife; enough to continue driving the hour it takes to travel to this dealership/service center. More

I recently brought my 2011 X3 in for a detailing. Without prompting, it was pointed out to me that there was a minor recall that had not yet been released regarding a switch inside one of the doors. I have purchased many cars in my 65 years, and this is my third BMW. I have never been treated as well by the service department staff at any other dealership.
