This was the fourth BMW that my wife and I purchase from BMW Northwest. I contacted the dealership online on Sunday and Mark Rauschert quickly sent a reply on his day off. I recently brought my 2011 X3 in for a detailing. Without prompting, it was pointed out to me that there was a minor recall that had not yet been released regarding a switch inside one of the doors. I was provided a loaner car, and returned the next day to pick up my sparkling, looking-like-new vehicle. The minor part replacement had also been done. I have purchased many cars in my 65 years, and this is my third BMW. I have never been treated as well by the service department staff at any other dealership. They really go out of their way to make you aware that they genuinely value your business as well as their relationship with each of their customers. More
