I spent time working with Paul in sales and he was not pushy or trying to "hard sell" me on purchasing a car. He was very helpful and patient with me while I worked through my options and then made my final decision. On the day I purchased my vehicle Paul even came and picked me up since I did not have a vehicle at the time and had no other convenient way of getting to the dealership. The entire sales team explained everything to me making things much easier to understand. Overall I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from BMW Northwest. More

Worse experience I have ever had to deal with. If you are looking to be lied to and throw your money away by a business as reputable as BMW then go here. I have never dealt with service as poorly h If you are looking to be lied to and throw your money away by a business as reputable as BMW then go here. I have never dealt with service as poorly handled as I have with BMW NORTHWEST. I took my 2007 X5 in to diagnose a message for a level malfunction on the I-Drive. I had called and scheduled a 7:45 A.M appointment for the next day. And when my fiancé arrived to get my car serviced that morning, they had told him his name wasn't on the list for scheduled appointments, and that a loaner would not be given to us. (of course when I was on the phone with one of the service workers she had told me that a loaner would be available for us to use until the car was ready). Well he called me while he was there, completely shocked and frustrated at all the confusion. I instantly called BMW Northwest very upset at whoever was in charge of appointments and spoke to a woman about this issue. She apologized about the mess up,explained they were at fault and told me "because I scheduled 20 minutes passed 5 the day before, the appointments made after 5 weren't on the list of appointments".. SO, why would someone in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT give me a 7:45 A.M appointment if nobody the next day would be aware of my car even coming to be serviced that early?..AT that point I didn't understand how a business as BIG as BMW could of miscommunicated something that small up. Well, my car was diagnosed later that day and received a call back stating that it was the rear airbags leaking and as they were running through my car found a oil leak in my transmission. So, we approved of them diagnosing the leak, fixing the problem with the leak, and an oil change. While we get a second opinion on the rear airbag diagnosis. We paid 1,700.00 for two diagnosis, a mechatronic sleeve leak, and an oil change. Picked up the car and left.. We took the car in to a local mechanic to change the airbags that we were told were faulty. He found that both of our Rear air bags were not seeping, and that even after replacing them that my message level malfunction still went off. I asked to keep the old air bags for some visual proof. He also noticed that BMW never reset my CBS which is supposed to be done after every oil change. And after all of that made me concerned at what I had even paid BMW to do if I paid to have them diagnose a problem that they had told us was the problem, but wasn't the issue.. An oil change which I have no proof they had done, and now I am questioning whether there was a leak in my transmission, and they fixed it or if this was all a big scam. We had received a call yesterday from BMW northwest leaving a voicemail just checking up to see how the car was doing and to do a survey.. Well I called BMW northwest today, spoke to the service manager about how unhappy I am about their dishonesty, and the service that was poorly done to my car. I had told him about every mistake the service team has done to my x5, which a service team as supposedly qualified as this place should be more then aware of NOT making on any vehicle they service whether it be an oil change or diagnosing a problem incorrectly. On top of that as he was looking up what was done to my x5 the service MANAGER spoke to me that my transmission leak was supposed to get done (but I was told it was done, and we had paid them to get it done), so i paused him and asked what do you mean supposed to? we paid to get that done., and he stuttered and said oh, I'm sorry I'm just looking at these papers and saw it wrong. after that I told him about why they didn't reset my CBS which was supposed to be reset after a SUPPOSED oil change, and he apologized and said "Im sorry, yes that was suppose to to be reset"...After having a long and very unprofessional conversation with the man that is suppose to manage the service team making sure they are doing their job right, I have every reason to question and feel scammed right out to giving these idiots my money and having no proof they have done what we paid them to get done to my X5. Not interested in selling me a vehicle? A headscratcher My experience from trying to purchase a new I3 in December - Had been emailing with a sales guy for a week. Determined the car, landed on a price, and My experience from trying to purchase a new I3 in December - Had been emailing with a sales guy for a week. Determined the car, landed on a price, and scheduled an appointment to complete the deal. The sales guy was not going to be available that day, so he promised to share all the details with another guy and connected me with him. Went to the dealership as scheduled, and found the second sales guy had no clue as to why I was there, and to top it off, they didn't even have my vehicle (someone else had taken it for an extended test drive). Pretty callous attitude from the sales guy in the process didn't help. Later emailed the branch manager, who apologized and asked me if there' something he could do. Told him I may still be interested if the deal is fair, but he didn't bother to respond. First sales guy came back from his vacation and emailed me a few days later, and I shared my experience, and...nothing. Given two other BMW dealerships in the Seattle metro area, this one should and could be summarily avoided. Bought mine from another dealer in the area, and so far no issues. More
No Hassle Used BWM Buying Overall one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a CPO BWM, mainly because of the no-pressure, no-hassle approach Jimmy took with me. I worked Overall one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a CPO BWM, mainly because of the no-pressure, no-hassle approach Jimmy took with me. I worked with Jimmy via email initially on a car I saw on their website. He got back to me quickly over email with all the information I asked for and was acutely aware of maintaining credibility and trust, particularly when it came to my trade-in value for my old X5. He was there to answer any questions I had with the CPO X5 I was looking at and when it came time to negotiate I told him what I thought, laid out some comparable, made and offer, and that was that. Done. It was very easy and stress free, which I think is what most people are looking for when car shopping. I would definitely recommend Jimmy. Also, the car was in great condition when I picked it up - their prep shop does great work. 4 stars for price because the one I bought was initially priced several thousand higher than some comparable X5s in the area- I think they could be more competitive here. I custom ordered a new car and tried dealing with two other bmw dealerships in the state only to be frustrated by the lack of interest to work with me, despite my having been in bmws for 10 years! Mark aggressively pursued my business and helped secure a good deal for a great car that was exact to my specifications. Furthermore, Mark and his team were very kind and professional and made my business feel very welcomed. I plan on recommending Mark and BMW northwest to any and everyone thinking about acquiring a BMW and exclusively work with BMW northwest in the future for my next car. No stress, no pressure from finance to add on things, and just an overall great experience. Its how buying a bmw or any car for that matter should be. More

Ran into several mechanical problems within 1000 miles of driving, Took me 5 trips to another BMW dealership and 3 months to resolve all the issues. As a customer with limited knowledge about cars, I was able to pinpoint these obvious mechanical problems. But, the dealership and the certification process didn't find it. The dealership took no ownership or responsibility for these issues. The worst part is, they claimed that the car was at perfect condition when they certified. Worst car buying experience ever. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this dealership for both buying and servicing needs. More
