Rich Knoll had provided outstanding customer service (even help me to register my BMW in the US). The quality of service is just outstanding as any service done in Germany BMW dealer. The staff is professional and friendly. The prices are reasonable and quality of parts is original BMW parts. They provide forecast analysis of upcoming services. More

I just had my X3 in for its last covered maintenance service and everything that was needed got done. All the advisors in the service department have been great to work with. If things things didn't get fixed right the first time or there were delays, they made it right and always kept me informed. I've also purchsed 3 BMWs there and it has been a pleasant experience each time. More

The service people performed this complete brake replacement in just one afternoon, on a Saturday! Perfect!! Unheard of in this day of some automotive shops which close on Saturdays. For my wife and myself, a trip to BMW Northwest, any day, is more of an EVENT than something we HAVE TO DO! A special thanks goes out to Ron Hansen. He is a great asset to this dealership and now, a very good friend. Customers for life. Gary and Mary Schonack Centralia, Washington More

I spent time working with Paul in sales and he was not pushy or trying to "hard sell" me on purchasing a car. He was very helpful and patient with me while I worked through my options and then made my final decision. On the day I purchased my vehicle Paul even came and picked me up since I did not have a vehicle at the time and had no other convenient way of getting to the dealership. The entire sales team explained everything to me making things much easier to understand. Overall I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from BMW Northwest. More

Worse experience I have ever had to deal with. If you are looking to be lied to and throw your money away by a business as reputable as BMW then go here. I have never dealt with service as poorly h If you are looking to be lied to and throw your money away by a business as reputable as BMW then go here. I have never dealt with service as poorly handled as I have with BMW NORTHWEST. I took my 2007 X5 in to diagnose a message for a level malfunction on the I-Drive. I had called and scheduled a 7:45 A.M appointment for the next day. And when my fiancé arrived to get my car serviced that morning, they had told him his name wasn't on the list for scheduled appointments, and that a loaner would not be given to us. (of course when I was on the phone with one of the service workers she had told me that a loaner would be available for us to use until the car was ready). Well he called me while he was there, completely shocked and frustrated at all the confusion. I instantly called BMW Northwest very upset at whoever was in charge of appointments and spoke to a woman about this issue. She apologized about the mess up,explained they were at fault and told me "because I scheduled 20 minutes passed 5 the day before, the appointments made after 5 weren't on the list of appointments".. SO, why would someone in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT give me a 7:45 A.M appointment if nobody the next day would be aware of my car even coming to be serviced that early?..AT that point I didn't understand how a business as BIG as BMW could of miscommunicated something that small up. Well, my car was diagnosed later that day and received a call back stating that it was the rear airbags leaking and as they were running through my car found a oil leak in my transmission. So, we approved of them diagnosing the leak, fixing the problem with the leak, and an oil change. While we get a second opinion on the rear airbag diagnosis. We paid 1,700.00 for two diagnosis, a mechatronic sleeve leak, and an oil change. Picked up the car and left.. We took the car in to a local mechanic to change the airbags that we were told were faulty. He found that both of our Rear air bags were not seeping, and that even after replacing them that my message level malfunction still went off. I asked to keep the old air bags for some visual proof. He also noticed that BMW never reset my CBS which is supposed to be done after every oil change. And after all of that made me concerned at what I had even paid BMW to do if I paid to have them diagnose a problem that they had told us was the problem, but wasn't the issue.. An oil change which I have no proof they had done, and now I am questioning whether there was a leak in my transmission, and they fixed it or if this was all a big scam. We had received a call yesterday from BMW northwest leaving a voicemail just checking up to see how the car was doing and to do a survey.. Well I called BMW northwest today, spoke to the service manager about how unhappy I am about their dishonesty, and the service that was poorly done to my car. I had told him about every mistake the service team has done to my x5, which a service team as supposedly qualified as this place should be more then aware of NOT making on any vehicle they service whether it be an oil change or diagnosing a problem incorrectly. On top of that as he was looking up what was done to my x5 the service MANAGER spoke to me that my transmission leak was supposed to get done (but I was told it was done, and we had paid them to get it done), so i paused him and asked what do you mean supposed to? we paid to get that done., and he stuttered and said oh, I'm sorry I'm just looking at these papers and saw it wrong. after that I told him about why they didn't reset my CBS which was supposed to be reset after a SUPPOSED oil change, and he apologized and said "Im sorry, yes that was suppose to to be reset"...After having a long and very unprofessional conversation with the man that is suppose to manage the service team making sure they are doing their job right, I have every reason to question and feel scammed right out to giving these idiots my money and having no proof they have done what we paid them to get done to my X5.
