Two BMW garage! I just bought my first and second BMW from BMW Northwest. Service? Amazing. My salesman Benjamin is phenomenal!!! Benjamin always has a smile on I just bought my first and second BMW from BMW Northwest. Service? Amazing. My salesman Benjamin is phenomenal!!! Benjamin always has a smile on his face, is VERY knowledgeable about BMW, and has years of experience. He listens and pays attention to the customer and their needs. ZERO pressure. Benjamin, the finance people--even the BMW "Genius" Aaron who helped me get to know the tech in my new car--all very professional, upbeat, and positive. BMW Northwest is like no other car dealer I've ever been to. I highly recommend them. The day before the purchase, I couldn't make up my mind between two cars. Benjamin was BEYOND patient with me. After several test drives and lots of questions, I went home to decide. At home I noticed their website had incorrect pics one of the two cars I was debating buying (pics were of an X3 instead of one of the 440i's I'd been looking at). I emailed Benjamin and asked if he could email me pics of the 440i--he was happy to help--and personally went out and snapped a few high quality pics and emailed me them right away. I then asked if he could snap a few pics of the second car. Without a single complaint, he hooked me up. The second set of pics didn't include the window sticker--so I asked him (again) if he'd snap a pic of it. At that point I felt like I was pushing my luck--but Benjamin cheerfully got me the pic of the window sticker. I now have an amazing 440i in my garage next to my wife's brand new X5! More

I'll never buy a car anywhere else! I've been a long time customer of BMW Northwest. Partly because I love BMW but mostly because of Ron Hansen. Ron ALWAYS takes such great care of me. Not only does he take care of me every three years when my lease ends but throughout the years. I've been stuck on the way to Vegas from LA and he made sure I was taken care of at the service center in Vegas. He is simply the BEST! I'd never buy a car anywhere else let alone from anyone else.
