He is very personable, trustworthy and really knows his cars. Wouldn't buy anywhere else. Service Advisors are also very personable, fair minded and customer oriented. Cars are always returned clean, and the work requested is done as promised. We have had 2 service Advisors - Keith Van Winkle and now, Rick Knoll. Both have been great to deal with and work well with the sales department. Rich went out of his way to co-ordinate some issues dealing with our trade-in and the new car. The dealership lives up to what I expect from the BMW brand; having owned BMW's since 1986 and purchased a total of 8 BMW's over that time frame. More
