Disgusting. I called to scheduled a headlight repair on my 2007 BMW Z4, the first contacted person acted confused about the service call, she transferred the phon I called to scheduled a headlight repair on my 2007 BMW Z4, the first contacted person acted confused about the service call, she transferred the phone call over a voicemail box, I left a message that it was ignored, because the person never answered back. The next day, I took my car to the service department, I was never greet by anyone, I tried to make eye contact by someone and they avoid the contact until someone finally approached me to tell me to move my car away from the service lane. When I asked him for a diagnose on my vehicle, the guy didn't hesitated to tell me that I was not in Jiffy lube in which you go in and out with a serviced car. I'm thankful for your actions, because after all this, I contacted Rolf's Import Service located one minute away from you, on 3151 20th St. E, Fife (253) 248-1080, and I experienced way much better customer service, professionalism and better prices than you. I will never recommend anyone to call or visit your place before calling or visiting Rolf's Import Service located in Fife. I want to make it clear, that you will never earn my business, ever again. More
