My experience with the service department was top notch. Repair work was clearly explained. The bill was within estimate. A loaner car was ready for me when I needed it and was of reasonable quality. The manager of the service department, Cameron, is wonderful. He listened empathetically about my experiences and the issues with the service department. I appreciated him making things right. Service was terrible. I was rushed out from my service dept. without a walk-thru and there were issues with my car. I ask why didn't they fix the issue with my engine today because they have my warranty company info on file. Then they tried to blame me for something they did to my car. I had to ask them why it was not addressed during the walk-thru and while they were working on my car. I am really losing confidence and trust in BMW NW. It's always a struggle with the service dept. I am not happy with the service. More
