Jimmy was always very helpful, not pushy and cordial. I originally went in looking for a used X3 but decided on a 2024 X1 mM35i. I was given fair value for my trade in and there was a military discount that helped with the final price. I have been used BMW service dept for 6-7 years and they too are very good. No issue getting a loaner and always good to work with. I highly recommend BMW NW and Jimmy if you are looking for a BMW! More
