I've owned several luxury cars and I have never had this type of continued service or outreach. I truly feel appreciated and that my business "does" matter to BMW Northwest. I've been introduced to someone in every dept and feel like a valued customer. Hard to believe for the first time in my car buying history I can truly say something completely positive about a car buying experience and that my opinion continues to be positive. Fantastic experience all the way around! They have a great team at BMW Northwest. I wouldn't seek out another dealer for my future car purchases. More
Busy dealership. Andrew was very helpful in adjusting an issue with the air conditioning system. The mechanic was able to determine problem with rear taillight. They did not have the parts to repair so ca issue with the air conditioning system. The mechanic was able to determine problem with rear taillight. I have purchased 2 vehicles from BMW Northwest in the last couple months. Everything about the dealership and it’s employees are top notch. Came in for a standard Takata Airbag recall and I get a call that they found a broken airbag connector that will cost $150 to fix. I was curious why I was paying for a repair attached to a recall and he sa call that they found a broken airbag connector that will cost $150 to fix. I was curious why I was paying for a repair attached to a recall and he said BMWNA would not cover extra repairs above the scope of the airbag replacement. Understanding that the dealership warranty department would have to eat the cost of both the part and labor because BMWNA wouldn’t pay the dealer for the extra repair, I was prepared to pay it. Ten minutes later he calls me back saying he agrees that I shouldn’t have to pay for a directly recall-related repair in this instance, and had the service manager approve waiving the cost of the connector replacement. It was a common sense decision and I appreciated the proactive decision by Brandon and the Service Manager. Hoping to have the chance to work with Brandon again in the future. More
If you’re a BMW “enthusiast” like I am then BMW Northwest is where you want to take your car for service. If you’re new to the dealership then ask for Elizabeth Scellato as your service advisor. I’m sure they are all great but “Liz” is the BEST! If you are like me then it pains you to leave your car in someone else’s care. My car is one of my favorite possessions but I don’t have a second thought about leaving it with Liz or the great mechanics at BMW Northwest. They will treat it with the greatest respect and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of work or service that they provide. Every detail will be attended to and and the communication during service is as good as it gets. You will never be left wondering what is happening with your car. Some people sometimes fear dealer pricing and look for alternatives but I’ve found them to be no more expensive than other shops in the area and the quality of service is far above those other shops in my experience. Also, while my car is there I’m happily driving around in a brand new loaner car from BMW. That perk alone is is worth your consideration. It certainly takes the sting out of leaving your car for a day or two to be serviced and it’s pretty fun playing with all the latest technology from BMW. I can go on all day hyping them up here but all I can say is give them a chance to service your car. You and your car will be better for it. More
