I had received 110 per cent experiences with Matthew in BMW Northwest’s Service Department. When I brought in my X5 for repairs recently I was disappointed that Matthew and his family had moved to another BMW Northwest’s Service Department. When I brought in my X5 for repairs recently I was disappointed that Matthew and his family had moved to another state. But meet Brandon, Matthew’s replacement. Same brilliant service. I would drive 100 miles to get this kind of support. And ladies and gents that is exactly what I do . And add the ferry ride from Whidbey Island to that. My review is only on the service department of the dealership. I found it easy and efficient to set up an appointment on their website. My two prior visits before Covid was set up over the phone. The drop off was routine with a quick consultation of the tasks to be done on the visit. They made an arrangement for a Lyft shuttle home. Later, I received a video via text of the inspection and progress of the car service. I was able to pay online and make arrangement to pick up the vehicle the next day. All in all the service experience was convenient and easy to fit my needs and schedule. More
I had sch filed an appointment and was worried when I showed up at the number of cars in line. They greeted me promptly, took my car back, the waiting area was nice, coffee and free snacks were great and showed up at the number of cars in line. They washed the car and the video from the tech showing me the inspection was great. Austin was my service advisor, he was great too and reviewing and paying the invoice online meant I got our under time and under the registration estimate. all in all a very good experience. More

Dishonest service practices. Bait and switch to try and charge me $9000.00 for a service they told me was covered over the phone. Called it a mistake and wouldn’t even admit or apologize for what the actua charge me $9000.00 for a service they told me was covered over the phone.
