During a time when dealers could take advantage of buyers, and many are, BMW NW is staying true to their approach. Easy process. Actually quite stress free. First time to meet Brandon in the maintenance of my car. Explained everything which needs to be done and did an awesome job. This dealership has the worst parts, service, and general manager!! They had my car towed off the lot, when I brought it to them to get fixed. I brought my car here after going to 3 mechanics, thinking it wo manager!! They had my car towed off the lot, when I brought it to them to get fixed. I brought my car here after going to 3 mechanics, thinking it would be the best, even if it costs more. I talked with 4 different managers, the service manager being the worst. They knew I was out of state & couldn't get it back from the tow yard. Don't ever bring your vehicle here, you might not get it back. I heard about another person with a similar story to mine. I can't believe they just expect me to walk away with no car & be fine with that. They just threw their hands up & said there was nothing they could do. Yes, there was & they should have done it at that time. That is so frustrating. Put some effort into making it right. I had to fight with them, to refund the $300 key I paid for, refusing to leave until they threatened to call the cops on me. Lol. Go ahead, I'm not scared of Fife Police. I want it all documented anyways. Because they obviously trying to cover up where the service manager messed up in the first place. The general manager already told me they were supposed to send me a letter & wait 45 days, which they didn't do either. Now I have no car, have been paying a ridiculous amount in Uber & Lyft rides. Have a hard time getting to see my kids or anywhere. Worst car experience of my life & I have bought a lot of cars in my time. Don't go to BMW Northwest. More
