I bought a new car here and have had it serviced here as well. The service has been seamless, from ordering the car, delivery and then scheduling and getting the car serviced. My Wife and I had a very horrible experience at BMW Northwest the day we went to purchase our New BMW. The BMW Certified Manager, Chris actually insisted and demanded that we also purchase a LoJack fo Northwest the day we went to purchase our New BMW. The BMW Certified Manager, Chris actually insisted and demanded that we also purchase a LoJack for an additional $900 plus. I informed Manager Chris that we didn't want or need a LoJack but he put more pressure on us the pay for something we didn't want. I was shocked and upset at this but I stood my ground and after almost 30 whole minutes Manager Chris realized that we were about to walk out and go somewhere else got smart and took the LoJack off. I'm still upset about this because I've NEVER been treated like this before at ANY other Car Dealership but knowing that I was at a BMW Dealership really floored me. Manager Chris was very Aggressive and Condescending to us and he should be Reprimanded by his Supervisor. I just wonder about all the other BMW Customer's who relented and actually purchased the LoJack after Manager Chris constant Bombardment. He should be FIRED. More

They personify service especially David Quinn. They make service feel like family. I always feel welcome and that they have my interest at heart. I went to another dealership once and then switc They make service feel like family. I always feel welcome and that they have my interest at heart. I went to another dealership once and then switched to BMW Northwest and have stayed with them since. They have been accommodating of my schedule and changes. The ambience is very professional yet has a personal touch and so is the service. I plan to stay with them and if I was ever not happy with anything, I feel that I would be able to tell them and they would listen and work towards a resolution. More
David Quinn is my service advisor and always does an excellent job. Today my car was finished ahead of schedule.
