Jeff was courteous and professional and other staff were all on the ball. I wasn’t kept waiting at any stage. Unethical dealer. Brought my M3 in for a safety recall and when I picked up the car I noticed my seat bolster was broken. Left the car with them over the weekend and Brought my M3 in for a safety recall and when I picked up the car I noticed my seat bolster was broken. Left the car with them over the weekend and I finally called them the next Wednesday to get the status. Apparently bad news gets better with age. I was told I would have to pay $700 for something the service department broke on my car. After going back and forth they agreed to pay for the part and I would have it installed elsewhere. I was told I need to compromise! I fail to understand why I would need to compromise on anything. You damaged my car! This dealer will never get my business again. More

Fantastic customer service. Working with Annie was a great experience. She kept me in the loop all the way and was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. First time to meet Brandon in the maintenance of my car. Explained everything which needs to be done and did an awesome job.
