Besides the high prices charged and poor communication I experienced, after writing that review, I have additionally discovered the following. The Fitness Inspection and Treatment Plan attached to the invoice has clearly the incorrect model and mileage compared to my vehicle that you supposedly serviced. Furthermore the micro filter service light remains on which you charged me to turn off and this report also indicates that a loaner vehicle was provided which it wasn’t. All of this incorrect information questions whether this is my vehicle let alone whether these services were ever performed on my vehicle which I paid you to do. I am obviously not pleased.
