We brought in our BMW for its first oil change and to swap out tires to winter ones. We waited while this was being done. We use to get our other BMW serviced in Seattle as we bought my husband’s cars there. I am glad I bought mine here as their team and service advisors far exceeds our experience in Seattle! I brought my vehicle in for a recall, a repair that is of no cost to me and I was happy with how I was treated. Everyone was professional and courteous. Then even gave me a courtesy car while my vehicle was no cost to me and I was happy with how I was treated. Everyone was professional and courteous.
