this is not against my advisor but to BMW customer service. had called earlier about a emergency service call malfunction on my dashboard. was told they would inform someone and to call me back. had n service. had called earlier about a emergency service call malfunction on my dashboard. was told they would inform someone and to call me back. had no response from BMW and that was over a weekago. then I had a drive train malfunction occur and called to find out about that.called on a monday was told that a message was left for a call back,did not happen. placed a call on tuesday explained situation about malfunctions with no call backs finally set up appointment for me but not with my normal advisor. got an appointment for diagnosis on tuesday but woulnt have an answer until thursday. fine now my car which was 3 months out of warrany had to be reprogramed and still have emergeny service call malfuntion which could be several different things.but it did fix other issues.
