Only one of two iservices requested were completed. But they made it right once the mistake was identified. BMW made it easy and convenient to get the remaining service completed. Excellent transaction. Fair in their offer and smooth start to finish. Kevin and Justin were enjoyable to work with and are very knowledgeable about the entire BMW line. The training on the technology side of things was super efficient and in depth. I would not hesitate to purchase a car from this dealership. More

My 2018 X5 had a parking brake malfunction. Took it in to the dealership, which charged $450 to reset. All fixed. Nope. Took it in again, and they wanted another $600 to replace a $145 switch. Took it in to the dealership, which charged $450 to reset. All fixed. Nope. Took it in again, and they wanted another $600 to replace a $145 switch. (Yes, I understand dealerships charge more) Still not working, and the malfunction oftentimes prevents the car from moving, so I have to shut it off and hope it resets, which can take several attempts. So, we asked for the service manager, and talked to Cameron Beene, who, in the end, did nothing to improve our service experience, despite his assurance BMW NW would make it right. That was the last we heard from him. On the third try, we were told the car needed a new actuator, which would cost $3000. So, the expectation is that we just need to keep taking the car in and hand over the credit card until they finally figure out the problem. Very disappointing, particularly as we had a wonderful experience with Larry Williams in sales. We will be taking the car to be serviced elsewhere. More
