We just had our first service with BMW Northwest, it was our oil change and checks. Austin was our service advisor and was amazing, very informative through the whole process. Recent Service / Repair on my 2004 525i. Old Bessie has been running flawlessly since 2007 until recent oil burning smell coming through the vents. BMW NW diagnosed valve cover gasket leak and was promptly quoted a reasonable repair estimate along with some other routine maintenance items.
